Booking Conditions for Christmas Lunch and Dinner Menu

To confirm the booking we will require a £10.00 per person deposit (non refundable).  The deposit can be paid by Cheque, Cash or Credit/Debit Card (except American Express & Diners Club Cards), and will be deducted from your bill at the end of your meal

We encourage tipping for good service, this is at your discretion, payable by cash and is split between the staff at the end of the afternoon/evening

Please confirm: By fax or telephone

  • The number of people in your party
  • The date and time booked
  • The menu chosen
  • Any requests

We will require a pre-order and at least 1 day prior to your booking for at least the majority of your booking (we do accept that if you are choosing from the special or normal menu that some people may wish to choose on the night but cannot guarantee the dish will be available if not pre-ordered)

Please confirm any changes in numbers attending at least 48 hours before the date and time booked.  After 48 hours you will loose your deposit in the case of numbers dropping.

In the event of snow/bad weather conditions we will accept a change of date but are unable to refund your deposit.

Allergy and information

All dishes may contain traces of nuts.   Some olives may contain stones.   Due to the nature of our kitchens, it is unfortunately not possible to give a total guarantee that minute traces of particular allergens may not be present in certain dishes, but we will endeavour to provide as much information as possible for you to make an informed choice.
